开合模冷镦机的调整
开合模冷镦机是我公司主要的特色产品,相对于一模二冲打头机,多工位冷镦机,它的优势相当大,能一次性打出复杂的螺丝,省去加工成本,做出特殊螺丝。
Ⅱ-5 开合模调整 Open Die Adjustment
开合模 Open Die
移动侧 Moving Side
固定侧 Station Side

调整移动侧   Adjust moving side
放松固定螺帽,调整螺栓使合模闭合时产品 Loosen the lock nut, adjust the screw, adjust the open die pressure.
Ⅱ-6 夹料至开合模左右调整 Adjust gripper right and left position
夹仔下点位置 Gripper down position
先调整夹仔离固定合模约1-2mm位置
It’s better to adjust the gripper to be 1-2mm out of the open center
调整夹仔左右螺栓 Adjust gripper right and left screw.
夹仔上点位置 Gripper Up Position
调整送料板来对准夹仔中心 Adjust carriage plate and gripper center on the line

Ⅱ-7 调整送料板位置螺栓 Screw is adjust carriage plate position

放松固定螺帽,调整螺栓使送料板沟中心对准夹仔中心
Loosen lock nut, adjust the screw position until the carriage plate center and gripper center are on the same line, then lock the nut.

当送料板退回时,放松固定螺帽,调整螺丝使送料板中心对准导料板中心,然后再将固定螺丝锁紧。
When carriage plate back position, loosen the lock nut, adjust the screw, let the carriage plate center match with the feeding guide center, than tighten the lock nut.

Ⅱ-8 调整夹仔上下位置 Adjust gripper up & down position
此为调整夹仔上下位置,将调整连杆两侧之固定螺帽放松,调整连杆至夹仔上下正确位置,后再将两侧之固定螺帽旋紧。
Adjust gripper up & down position: Loosen the lock nut, then adjust screw rod until gripper up & down position is correct, then tighten the lock nut.
作动夹仔上下凸轮(A), 时间可以依据产品之形式调整夹仔上下时间。
Timing cam (A) for gripper up & down, the time can be adjusted according to products types.

调整螺栓Adjust screw
此为调整夹仔上下行程距离,放松固定螺丝(A) 调整螺栓(B) 顺时针方向,夹仔上下行程越短,相反则越长,调整完后必须将固定螺丝旋紧。
固定螺丝(A)
Adjust screw (B) is for adjusting up and down stroke of the gripper
1.      Loosen fix bolt (A)
2.      Turn adjusting screw (B) clock-wise, gripper up and down stroke is shorter, versa it will be longer.
3.      Be sure to tighten the fix bolt (A) after adjustment.
夹仔夹料位置 Gripper Position
此为微调整夹仔对准模具中心之调整螺栓
Fine Adjust between gripper and die center.
Ⅱ-9 调整脱料片位置 Adjust stripper position
活动侧 Moving Side
此为调整活动侧头颈部脱料片位置,使成品能顺利脱离开合模。It’s adjust stripper position of moving side.

此为调整活动侧杆部脱料销位置,使成品能顺利脱离开合模
It’s adjust pusher position of moving side.

固定侧Fix Station Side
此为调整固定侧头颈部之脱料片位置,使成品能顺利离开开合模。
It’s adjust pusher position of station side (Head of product)

此为调整固定侧,成品杆部脱料销位置,使成品能顺利离开开合模。
It’s adjust pusher position of station side (Shank of product)

Ⅱ-10-1 一冲与合模的调整:Adjustment of the 1st punch and the open die:
Ⅱ-10-1-1 调整左右方向:Adjustment of the left and right directions
放松图Ⅱ-10-1中的(A24)螺母,以两只(A17)螺丝调整一冲的左右方向。
Loosen the nut (A24) in diagramⅡ-10-1, adjust the left and right direction of the 1st punch with the two screws.(A17)

Ⅱ-10-1-2 调整上下方向 Adjustment of the up and down directions:
用(A10) 螺丝调整一冲的上下位置
Adjust the up and down directions of the 1st punch with the screw (A10)
Ⅱ-10-2 二冲与合模的调整 The adjusting of the 2nd punch and open die.
Ⅱ-10-2-1 打头主模钨钢破裂的原因:
The reason for head hitting main die tungsten steel breaking
1.      冲模与主模的间隙调整的过度密合
The gap between punch die and main die was adjusted too tight.
2.      当生产白铁材质或是冷却油不足,致使线材过热膨胀,导致主模受损。
When producing with the galvanized iron or with insufficient cooling oil, which cause the wire material being over heated and expanded, then result in damage of main die.
Ⅱ-10-2-2 二冲左右调整方式
The method for adjusting the left and right directions of the 2nd punch.
参考图Ⅱ-10-2-3,放松(A21)螺母,以两个(A12) 螺丝调整左右方向。
Loosen the nut (A21) as shown in diagram Ⅱ-10-2-3,adjust the left and right directions with the two screws. (A12)
Ⅱ-10-2-3 二冲上下调整方式:
The method for adjusting the up and down directions of the 2nd punch.
参考图Ⅱ-10-2-3, 以(A8)螺母,调整上下位置。

Ⅱ-10-3 一.二冲上下行程调整方法:
The method for adjusting the up and down stroke:
Ⅱ-10-3-1 当二冲升至最高点时,将图Ⅱ-10-3-1的(N15)螺母锁至(N6)套管时再锁紧圈。When the 2nd punch reached to the highest point, screw the nut (N15) in diagram Ⅱ-10-3-1 to the sleeve(N6) and further screw it by half more cycle.
Ⅱ-10-3-2 再以另一只(N15) 螺母固定之
Further fix the sleeve (N6) with the two nuts(N15)
Ⅱ-10-3-3 再以手动的方式,运转飞轮,直至一冲到达最低点。
Further rotate the flywheel manually till the 1st punch reaches the lowest point.
Ⅱ-10-3-4(N4) 螺母至(N5) 套管时,锁紧半圈,再以手动的方式,旋转飞轮,直至二冲到底最高点。
When the nut (N4) is screwed to the sleeve(N5), further screw it by half more cycle. Then rotate the flywheel manually till the 2nd punch reaches to the highest point.
Ⅱ-10-3-5 注意(N15)螺母与(N6)套管间需有0.2-0.5mm的距离.
Note that a gap of 0.2-0.5mm shall be kept between the nut(N15) and the sleeve(N6)
Ⅱ-10-3-6 (N4)螺母与(N5)的距离过大,则放松(M18)螺母,调整(M7)螺丝,使(M18)螺母下降。
Loosen the nut (M18) and adjust the screw (M7) to make the nut (M18) lower down if the gap between the nuts(N4) and (N5) is too big.
Ⅱ-10-3-7 若距离过小,则需使(M18)螺母上升.
Raise the nut (M18) if the gap is too small.
Ⅱ-10-3-8 参考附图Ⅱ-10-3-8 Please refer to the diagram
注意: (1) 二冲最高点时,N4与N5必须有0.2-0.5mm的距离
(2) 一冲最低点时,N6与N15必须有0.2-0.5mm的距离.
(3) 如保持以上说明的距离,调整才算完成。
Note: (1) When the 2nd punch reaches to the highest point, a gap of 0.2-0.5mm must be kept between N4 and N5.
(2) When the 2nd punch reaches to the lowest point, a gap of 0.2-0.5mm shall be kept between N6 and N15.
(3) The adjustment will not be finished until the aforesaid gap is kept.
Ⅱ-11 挡料调整 Adjust stopper of produce length.

挡料调整螺栓如图Ⅱ-11-2所示,将机械转至挡料摇臂最退后位置,将螺帽放松,并将调整螺栓调整至实际所需长度尺寸,然后固定螺帽。
Rotate the flywheel manually till the stopper of rod backward position, loosen the lock nut. According to the product length “L” adjust the screw of stopper then tighten the lock nut.

Ⅱ-12 送料调整 Feeding Adjust
Ⅱ-12-1 送料程序 Process of feeding
(1)    放上需加工之半成品 Put the blank parts in the feeder.
(2)    将所需之半成品平放于振动盘内,应注意震动盘及滑轨接口之高度.
Put the blank parts into the feeder flat, and adjust the sliding guider on the same height as the feeder.
(3)    半成品放入振动盘之前,应先用柴油清洗干净,可提高送料的平顺性。
Clear the blank parts by diesel oil before putting into the feeder, then it will get more smooth during feeding.
